Chloe and Hannah look after me equally each year, dependent on their rota - or I should say, dependent on how late I am arranging my standard 6 week appointment.. Today Rachel looked after my cut for the first time in over 5 years, I was rubbish in explaining my specific request to her but Hannah overheard whilst tending to her client and helped me out. In essence, the New Wave team can all follow each other and Rachel, with her many years of experience picked up and gave me a great cut. I did tell her that she gave me the most relaxing blow dry I’d had in years, I nearly fell asleep! That is a great compliment coming from an insomniac ?
