Went to a walk in appointment yesterday. Had no idea who was going to do my hair. Turned out it was Louisa. I was incredibly impressed with all aspects of my appointment. Louisa was very helpful and did an excellent job. I am really pleased with the result and will certainly book an appointment with her again

Last week I had a cut and blow dry by Cherise and I love it. It always feels like a special treat when I visit the salon. The Cherise Amore Team are always professional and welcoming.

Had my hair cut & blown dry and my eyebrows done here today by Tracey. She was brilliant cut my hair beautifully. Everyone in this salon is so friendly and kind. I have been coming here for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. It is like going to see dear friends.

I had a consultation with Emma and then a colour and cut on the 29th. I had been very unhappy with a haircut at a completely different salon and was very much hoping that it could be fixed. Emma completely appreciated my concerns and took them very seriously. She offered me a range of options and was very clear about the advantages and disadvantages of each. I had very short hair already and there was very little to work with. However I left the consultation confident we had a good plan. The colouring and cut at the appointment was excellent. She made me feel relaxed and confident and kept checking in with me throughout the process. I thought that I was going to be getting a 'rescue' of my previous cut, best case scenario, but in the end I had one of the best cuts and colours I have ever had. I left extremely happy and will definitely be sticking with Emma now. I will also say that all the other staff at the salon were very kind and understanding.
