Asked for a bit shorter at back and front (but generally still longer at front). Yes could go bit shorter right at very front. No dont use clippers. Showed with hand the length wanted at back and at front.
Well, lets just say after desperately trying to salvage by any means available, I decided to shave it all off. I had 7cm of hair left right at front, was so short below my chin (i had pointed to 5cm longer than that), "longish" bits uneven by 15mm by ears, she used clippers, its same length back and front...

Nice welcome and a coffee as i was early. Sarah has a good memory about the things I get up to. Good chatting too@

What a fantastic experience. This was my second appointment and didn't disappoint.
Sarah is supper talented and creative. Each time I can I can see the difference in my hair. I knew that this was going to be a journey due to my hair being damaged by a previous hairdresser. What a lovely journey it is so far.
Sarah listens to what I am trying to achieve and boy does she deliver. I haven't been this happy with my hair for a long time, I can't thank Sarah enough.
I would throughly recommend this salon and in particular Sarah to anyone.

Had cut, colour and extensions today with Gemma and Emma. Absolutely delighted with the results - the extensions have been blended and coloured/cut to perfectly match my own hair. Love this salon - the atmosphere is lovely, the staff are friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, although it’s a 2 hour drive from my home town it’s well worth it and I will not go anywhere else

Had a lovely few hours of pure relaxation such a great team warm friendly but also very professional endless cups of tea and biscuits which is a bonus and feel so much more lifted after my colour, cut and blow dry that I’m over the moon with.

Had my hair done again today by Gemma, loved the finished result, love the atmosphere in the salon and my little laughs and chats with Gemm, thanks again

Attended the salon today for my daughter's first curly hair experiment and cut. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable, kind and welcoming making my daughter feel at ease. she left the salon feeling a million dollars and ready for her prom. Thank you
