Very friendly and polite however she did a cut my hair ALOT shorter than I asked for even showed a picture. She cut my hair with hair clippers instead of Scisser. Kept on asking several times for me to leave a review which felt desperate.
I went in today to got a a trim and layers cut in, ready for a party this evening. I had Love who took great care of me, have advice on what would look best and spent ages blow drying my hair wonderfully so that my waves showed out. It looks fantastic ready for tonight and she was lovely to chat to as well.
Hair cut and coloured tbh I was a little nervous. Fortunately a lady who's name is Love did my hair she was very attentive and polite. She did not rush and took time with me. The end result was lovely. I would like to say thank you to Love for the cut and colour which I am very pleased with Also for your attentive and polite manner. I will definitely be coming back.

Love cut my hair for the first time and she did an amazing job and was very charming. I will definitely go back and ask for her
After asking for a graduated bob I ended up with bald patches at the back and left the sides long I was traumatised ***** is not a hairdresser she needs to go back to college when I complained I was offered another haircut (free) but it’s not their policy to give refunds I was told six months later I’m still waiting for my hair to grow back and get the style I want
Lady cutting my hair was very good but told during the service to hurry up as other people waiting and God knows what time they would get out. Service then became rushed. Poor management, not the hairdressers fault.
