I went on a Monday half price day for full hair high lights, I left thinking ok it's been bleached and when my hair grows out l'll go for a redo to achieve the look I wanted and then after a week and my hair grew abit. During a blow dry I was told how bad my hair had been done, so I got it fixed right away. The highlights were at the side so I couldn't tell at the salon how badly it was done, I reached out to the salon for a partial refund, However they told me that I should have mentioned it on the day or go back again for them to rectify, I'm sorry by then I had lost faith in that salon and ofcourse I had it fixed costing me a further £270, Please be careful of getting your hair done there, the customer service was bad when I complained. I have uploaded pictures of my hair. I paid £150 for this amateur work. Honestly I was baffled when I saw the pictures. I've had my hair done for over 10 years and never had highlights this awful.
Charlotte was absolutely amazing. She was patient and talked me through what she will do to correct my hair from a previous disaster. She delivered as promised . And was very accommodating. Very pleased with the outcome. Will be visiting again soon.

But I have had the best hair cut ever at little Hair E14 , the young lady who cut my hair was an absolute joy but the haircut was out of this world.... so no more expensive Sean Hanna for me.
