I had made an appt with Ibo who had done hair before. Not told not be there. Hair washed with no cape or towel. A hairdresser who was NOT Ibo cuts my hair made a mess of fringe had to ask 3 times to redo it. Left hairbrushes in my hair which were heavy and goes outside to make phone call. I do not no who this disgusting person was I was not told Ibo would not be at shop. While blow drying I could smell burning. The whole experience was disgusting. I only wanted my hair done by Ibo who is a good hairdresser and very polite. To wAsh a customers hair with no cape then to neglect to cut fringe properly then to leave customer with hairbrushes in hair after blow dry and go off to make phone all outside it was an awful experience will not go again. And did No get hairdresser I asked for with no explanation disgusting treatment
