I had an excellent treatment, thought the staff were wonderful, but I avoid going here. Why? It really frustrates me that when I spend almost £300 on a treatment, a coffee or tea isn't included and is instead charged at almost £5. I would go here for every treatment were it not for this, which makes me feel a little bit indignant whenever I visit. Such a shame. I now only come back when I can't get in elsewhere, in spite of the fact I really love the staff!
