Quoted £66 on my booking for a blow dry; I was extremely surprised and disappointed that the blow dry doesnt include styling and ended up being charged £96 for the pleasure. Made a complaint to DG and was told I would be refunded the £30; still yet to receive this a month later. £96 for an apprentice to wash my hair & the stylist to part dry it... I wont be going again.
