I booked a slot to get my hair done at 4PM. As soon as I arrived I was told to take a seat and one of the junior staff members called ****** would come soon to seat me. I waited 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, this young lady, probably seated me in one of the chairs and immidiately told me she has to go help someone else and she'd be back after a couple minutes. A couple minutes turned into 20 minutes and that's when I lost my patience, got up and left. In total, I waited FIFTY MINUTES. This salon was FULL of junior staff members, don't know how to give good service. Daniel Galvin seems very high-end but the service is worse. Save your time and money and avoid this place at all costs.
