I went get my extensions coloured at the Kensington branch. I showed the colourist the picture. She insisted she could do it. Meant to take a week but took three weeks and they came out green rather than auburn. Was charged full price (£100). Disgusted - no customer service and not skilled at all. I would never go to a place like this again. Absolutely rubbish. I'd give 0 stars if I could! AVOID!!!
