Very disappointed. I had an appointment for scalp treatment, cut and blow dry. When I arrived there today, they said they can see my emails with the receptionist and that it was all confirmed but that she made a mistake and forgot to write the appointment in the diary. I told them I needed to get my hair done today so that they had to find me someone. I got just a conditioning treatment instead of the one I booked because the scalp specialist was busy, they provided also the cut and blow dry, not with the person I booked and they even charged me for the coffee! Utterly disgusted. I'm a regular client, my last visit was just 2 weeks ago so I was very disappointed by today's events. I used to love the experience of going there but unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to return.
