Was really nervous about getting this done as it was a big change for me, having had bleach blonde hair for years. I was finally ready to go darker and more subtle while still keeping it blonde at the ends. Debbie was really great at talking me through the whole process and making me feel at ease. She made the decision to tone my ends to a much more beige/silvery tone which has brought out my skin colour and doesn’t wash me out like my previous colour did. Very professional and easy to talk to. Love my new hair.
