First visit to the salon for cut and colour. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming had a good Consultation and didn’t feel this part was rushed, which is important to me. Ryan my stylist asked Ellen to join the consultation which I thought was a good approach and gave the impression that it’s a nice collaborative, supportive culture in the salon. I was very pleased to be in and out in exactly 3 hours. Once I was taken there was no time lag in between the different stages. In other salons it always takes much longer, which is far from ideal.
