Having Amy as my stylist is like a dream come true. The customer service from the minute you walk in until until the time you leave is 10/10. They really make you feel special and it's like visiting your best friends.
Amy's professionalism and friendly nature makes you feel at ease. As soon as I identified the look I wish. Amy listens, advises and literally creates a masterpiece! I have extensions which look completely natural and blend into my hair beautifully. My confidence has really soared. Walking into Waitrose when 2 random staff in 2 different departments complimented my hair after my visit to ECH actually made my day!
All the staff really care about their customers and you can tell they love their jobs. Finding a team who all gel together so well is a skill and a gift! Taught by the best: Ellen Conlin.
To anyone wishing extensions, a new look, or trim or tint...the friendly staff are actually amazing and trained to a very high standard. From observing, watching stylists help each other was just so lovely to see.
YOU HAVE to visit ECH to experience (in my opinion) the only hairdressers in the West End of Glasgow.
