From the moment you walk through the door you are met with happy smiling faces that lift your spirits. Jacket taken and gowned up is followed by Harriet giving a wonderful shampoo and head massage, I could lie there all day enjoying that, but the best is yet to come Elaine doesn't just cut hair she is a skilled and creative craftsperson but on top of that she turns hair in to a work of art. Your head of hair is like oil and canvas to Picasso. I never tell elaine how to cut my hair I simply say do what ever you want and have some fun and in what must be now 17 years I have never been disappointed. Thank you

The salon has done my hair for the last 10 years. Has always been, and remains, excellent. The cups of tea, and occasional biscuit, are a great edition.

This is a great treatment. It’s doesn’t take too long and my hair feels silky and smooth with no frizz. Jessica gives great advice and does a really professional job. As always a lovely friendly atmosphere in the salon.

Colour queen Mhari worked her usual magic, blending my grey into a lovely mushroom blonde, and Hannah gave me a gorgeous blunt choppy bob.

I’ve trusted Alan Edwards salon with my hair ever since I arrived in Glasgow in 2008. The team are just fantastic - led by the creative power houses of Alan and Elaine. Erin P has recently taken over doing my colour and I couldn’t be happier with the results - there’s a confidence to Erin in how she listens and responds to what I’m after and she’s clearly technically very skilled. There’s a high level of professionalism in the salon and a focus on making sure the client is not only happy but has a haircut that works for them. Add to that great craic and good vibes - all in all the prefect pamper place.
