I had been to a lot of salons before I found Alan Edward’s and I can honestly say it’s the best salon in Glasgow. Alan is excellent at cutting my hair and Mhari is so talented at colouring it. It’s a lovely salon to visit and the staff are all friendly and helpful

So happy with my hair by Erin. She is always so patient and really listens to what u are looking for. Goes above and beyond to give u a fantastic experience. Love my blonde colour and extensions. Always receive such great service from the whole team. Thank you

Jessica has been cutting my hair for the last few month’s now she is lovely and very talented ..she pays attention to what I want and always gives tips and styling advice when I ask . The salon is always welcoming . I wouldn’t go anywhere else now .

As ever, I was warmly welcomed. Despite being a regular client, Elaine took time to discuss what I wanted from my cut before Fiona asked my thoughts on my colour. Refreshments were offered and the more junior staff who provided backwash and styling services were charming and professional. Left feeling so much better about my hair than when I arrived

I have just had my third haircut at Alan Edwards salon . it is a busy salon, it is so interesting looking at all the clients around me, being transformed by their stylists. My stylist is the wonderful Jay . From the get go, he made me feel very comfortable, taking the time to discuss my hair, what I liked about it, what I disliked….and what I wanted him to do with my curly hair. He even gave me a lesson on how to use the diffuser correctly! He is an excellent hairdresser.
This salon was recommended to me and now I am recommending it to my friends

I moved to Glasgow in 2020 and have tried the good the bad and the ugly when it comes to hairdressers!
A work colleague suggested I try Kyle after a very bad experience elsewhere.
I love my hair now and get so many compliments from other women .
Kyle is very laid back ,listens to me if I suggest changing things a little and gives great advice. I love the fact he does not always feel the need to talk which adds to the relaxing experience.

Have been visiting this salon for a few years. Had a great hairdresser in London when I lived there, so very pleased I found Alan when I moved back to Scotland. Always happy with my cut. Salon is lovely, great products, everyone very friendly. Highly recommend. I also used to have colour with Mhari who is a brilliant colourist but after a few years I just decided to stop colouring my hair. I would highly recommend Mhari for colour.

Love going to have my hair done. Lovely overall welcoming presence each time I visit. Every member of staff within the salon are so very warm. Erin P my stylist is extremely professional in every way. She is lovely, kind and listens to my requests and then advises in regards to my colour and cut. Then we both come to an agreement in regards to both. I find it an absolute joy to attend my hair appointments as I come out feeling great and my hair is gorgeous each time. Thanks to Erin P 🥰

Having my hair cut by Katie is an absolute pleasure. She has been cutting my hair for some time now and she makes me feel so comfortable. My hair is so manageable now due to her expert cutting. All of the staff in the salon are very friendly and welcoming which makes it a great experience.

Jess has cut my hair for almost a year now. I find her not only a lovely person, but extremely good at cutting and styling my unruly hair. She is always very forthcoming in giving me tips on how to manage my hair at home.

The colourist at Alan Edwards always know how to take care of my curls! All the shades make them stand out individually and I always feel like a million bucks after each visit! Thank you for all the curl coaching too 🙌🏽x

I have been going to Alan Edwards for a decade.
Hannah has always been my stylist and is just fantastic.I have never gone to a hairdresser for so long as my experience has always been that the longer I went somewhere complacency would creep in and the level of service/result would change. Hannah is the same now as she has always been, so friendly and helpful, hard working and gives brilliant advice on what is best for you and your hair.I always leave feeling great and my hair cut and colour are always impeccable.She is truly one of a kind and really listens to what you need, which I think is so important.
The salon is full of helpful, kind and approachable staff and is always immaculately clean and well organised.
All staff look genuinely happy to be there and it just makes for such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere.
I cannot recommend this salon highly enough and would not go anywhere else.
