I had a wonderful haircut after my first visit, perhaps I didn’t express clearly that it led to misunderstanding. I trust that Austin is a very good stylist and only tried to give my hair volume. Unfortunately it didn’t turn out nicely on me: it was a mullet style with a fringe that looks a bit old fashioned on me. Plus I didn’t say that I don’t prefer hair clay it felt too sticky. So the intentional ‘bird nest’ effect was disappointing. I still book the third visit and hope this less ideal outcome becomes a useful reference point. I look forward to seeing Austin and his colleagues including Eva again.
