Peter has done it again!!! Complete re-invention with superbly subtle strands of plumb purple to highlight natural dark and lighter colours. What a genius.

Lauryn was very friendly and accommodating. She knew what suits me and I absolutely love the result after almost 2 years of not cutting my hair. I look forward to returning for a hair colour next month.

Had a terrible experience first with Chantelle. Gave Mya a chance. First appointment fantastic. Second downhill. No advice of her own and following advice from previous hairdresser. Then went downhill even more as appointments were cancelled and rescheduled twice because of her working different days. Same scenario as Chantelle. We then talked about the colour for next appointment but she then said colour would be fine until next time. I paid over a hundred pounds but came out feeling like I’d never been at the hairdressers. We made a next appointment and discussed what we would do next. I then got another phone call to cancel yet another appointment which she made herself and had to reschedule just before Xmas. I felt on the day that I could not have my hair done how I wanted. I was made to wait for a long time and my hair for the money I paid is very disappointing. I was talking to Mya about what style I wanted to and when i asked her what she there was clear that she was totally not listening to a word I had said. I felt totally disregarded as a customer. I will never return to this salon again even though I have been coming here for about 6 years now. Very disappointed.

Niamh cut my daughter’s hair today and she did a really great job. She gave her exactly what she asked for, was friendly and chatty, and gave her a beautiful haircut.

Harry was lovely super helpful and was flexible with me getting there early. I felt at ease with him and he did a lovely job of my hair!

I have been coming to Chloe over the past few years - she has seen me through bobs, blonde balayages and layers, and she has been flawless every single time. She really understands hair types, especially if you have quite thick hair. Her knowledge of products and styling is so impressive, and she will always give you an honest perspective on evolving your hair. Medusa in general is a wonderful salon, the team are so lovely! I had a trim today (no colour service) and it was, as always, a wonderful experience. Thanks!

After visiting Medusa for the first time this week, I couldn’t wait to leave a review. I am absolutely thrilled with my haircut from Harry. He gave me such helpful advice for my hair type and has given me one of the nicest haircuts I’ve ever had. My hair can be tricky for even the most expert hairdressers but Harry made it look like light work. I don’t remember the last time I walked out of a hairdresser feeling so good! Thank you!! I will definitely be back!

Chloe took time to decide together the style to be achieved. She is meticulous and very personable. I was very happy with the whole experience and end result. Already got my next 2 appointments booked in with Chloe.

Came in for a cut and colour - Chloe did an amazing job, as usual. I love that she is collaborative and that we can work together as client and stylist to get the best results. She also really knows her stuff when it comes to colour and did a great job of giving me a sun-kissed lift ready for the spring months ahead. Would give 6 stars for service if I could!
