I'm so sorry you were disappointed with your treatment. As your therapist explained, we do mainly shellac and have over 100 colours in that but not many in nail varnish as not many people have that any more. She also compensated this with giving you a longer foot massage. The large metal bowl is specifically for pedicures and we try and make it a pleasant experience by placing smooth stones in it plus a mint foot soak. As for the price of £27, I think you will find if you look around this is very competitive.
