I wasn’t sure what to do with my hair and it’s been bleached so much it was just a tad damaged. I initially had a consultation with Carla who advised me with the best option and got me booked in. She was lovely and very informative. She gave her opinion on what was best but also listened to what I was comfortable going with. Unfortunately she was unwell and I needed my hair done for a wedding and could t wait, so I was seen by Taylor but she was just as lovely and just as nice. I was recommended to have a good amount cut off the bottom due to damage and as much as I didn’t want to lose the length, I trusted Taylor knew what she was doing. I had an amazing first time experience and it was worth the money. You pay for service and quality and that’s what I received. I also had the lovely Katie take off my colour and she put on this hair treatment and explained every step she was doing. She also gave an amazing head massage! All three girls are lovely people and a credit to McIntyres. Friends complimented my hair all day at the wedding. It’s never looked better.
