The team are so warm and friendly, everyone goes the extra mile to make sure you get the best outcome. From the moment you call them they are just so helpful and lovely - they know your history, communicate with each other to discuss how the colour/cut with work together (if using more than one stylist), and give great advice, and aftercare like free fringe trims. Every time I’ve walked out I’ve felt like a $1m. I think I’ve had everyone over the years but Millie for colour and Chris for a cut are my go to, and who I recommend to everyone.
