Very disappointed with the service I received on 6th June. My colour was not done correctly. I could not see under the bright salon lighting but was still allowed to leave with the staff knowing that my hair looked awful, very unprofessional. Back in on Wednesday 7th June to try and rectify Laura’s mistake. Leon tried hard and did his best to make me look respectable. I asked to see the Manager. He didn’t bother to speak to me at any time. Also very unprofessional. I asked for a refund as I hadn’t received the service I paid for. I was told that this is not Toni & Guy policy. Again unprofessional. I was advised that Laura would be spoken to to find out what went wrong and to learn from it. Unfortunately I’m the one left looking like I have black roots coming through. So disappointed.
