Libby was amazing. Very good at listening to our wishes and great cut. The last two times we have been to this salon, I have been quoted a price for the cut and both times have been charged more at the time of payment. I have queried it on both occasions. I will write to the salon manager about it as it was a shame given the great experience to this point.
