Liam is an absolute credit to Terence Paul. He’s an extremely talented hairdresser and such a kind soul. He listens, offers his advice and the results are outstanding! I couldn’t speak more highly about him and his work. I am forever grateful to have him as my hairdresser.

Liam is an incredible hairdresser. Always does my colour and cut perfectly. Its a pleasure to spend time at the appointment, couldn’t ask for more.

Friendly and relaxing experience

It is with regret that I feel the need to send in a review of both disappointment and positivity in the same message!
As a very long standing client all the way back to when the Knutsford branch opened I have never been treated in such a manner.
I had an appointment on 11th July, sorry I can’t recall his name but I’m sure you can locate this on my booking, with a stylist I hadn’t seen before as Tom was not available. I felt from the get go a lack of pleasantries, lack lustre attention and professionalism on his part. I discovered later in the appointment that he was unwell so subsequently wasn’t able to finish my colours of which I had sympathy. However leaving mid appointment, I question whether he should have cancelled prior to my arrival as the colours were so poorly done that I was shocked by the result or lack of them! I was left waiting and wondering what would happen as I sat there with foils on. Luckily for me, Mel took over and couldn’t have been more helpful. She finished the colour process but was clearly as disappointed as I was to see the results. The roots were still very visible and there appeared to be a block of bleached colour throughout, when I normally I have 3 shades to create a natural look.
Mel apologised and advised to make another appointment to rectify the problem.
I attended the appointment yesterday with Mel, who was both friendly and reassuring, put an action plan in place to dissipate the block of blonde by adding fine low lights throughout. It is clearly so much more aesthetically pleasing. I felt relieved and happy by Mel’s attention to detail and professionalism of which I thank her so much.
I felt further disappointment that the stylist was in the salon yesterday but wasn’t prepared to pop over and apologise, which I would expect in an organisation where your standards have always been high.
Of course I will continue to support your salon in the future but do feel that lessons could have been learnt from this.

First time at Knutsford Salon with Liam outstanding from start to finish 😊.Liam has coloured my hair for about 4 years ,he’s an absolute pleasure to talk too and always makes my hair look spectacular 😊if I do say so myself . He’s such a talented hairdresser I’m truly grateful that he’s my hairdresser. Liam always knows how to do my hair perfectly. I don’t even need to explain it much as he colours my hair to suit my skin tone and look perfect. He’s also just an absolute pleasure and is really attentive and always look forward to chatting with him ❤️

Fabulous experience at Terence Paul Knutsford - Liam is a true professional senior stylist with an outstanding reputation.
More recently, I took my daughter who has Alopecia to the salon as we needed advice on the styling of a new wig. Liam was great, he actually took the time to understand what was needed. He never once made her feel self-conscious about her hair loss, he was empathetic, professional and understanding which made all the difference.

Thank you Liam for creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for clients and also clients with hair loss—you are making such a difference!

After having my hair done at TP for many years. I left because I wasn't happy after Taz and Sarah left. I've now come back to Sarah and couldn't be more happier x

10/10 experience all round, Bella told me why she was doing what she was doing throughout (keeping me in the loop) and the end result was the best my hair has ever looked! Already recommended to friends!

I was nervous about changing my hairdresser and had been neglecting my self care recently. I saw Mel who immediately made me feel comfortable and had ideas for my hair. She was able to book me in quickly and really took her time to get my hair right. I'm so pleased with what Mel has done and on top of that, she was so lovely and friendly. It was my first time here this week.
I met with Sarah, who is lovely and went above & beyond to fit me in quickly, as I was unhappy with a colour I’d had elsewhere.
I’m so pleased with the result.
Beautiful salon, great coffee and the massage chairs make the usual uncomfortable back wash, a nice relaxing experience.
I’d left it late to book for Christmas, but luckily the salon rang me later that day with a cancellation.
It’s so difficult finding a new salon, I only wish I’d come here years ago!!
