Amelia is a fully qualified stylist with three years’ experience and is known for being extremely thorough with her consultations. She discussed the length with you during the appointment and you confirmed she could work to what she felt was best. I was also present in the salon at the time, so if there had been any concerns on the day we could have addressed them immediately and offered an alternative solution before you left.

We never want a client to feel upset after a visit, so although the haircut was carried out in line with the consultation, we are more than happy to offer you a complimentary appointment with myself to review the shape and discuss how we can help you feel more confident while it grows.

Regarding pricing, the half-price offer was applied correctly. Amelia is not a junior stylist; she is fully qualified and her prices reflect her experience and the standard of work we deliver as an award-winning salon.
