I had my hair cut with Jemma today at Vain. I usually feel nervous having my hair done but the setting was inviting and the staff lovely and friendly. I felt at ease. Jemma was enthusiastic and helpful with her thoughts on what to do with my barnet. I’m very pleased with my bob and looking forward to getting my colour sorted next week. Thank you!
