I don't often get my hair done and treat myself and usually just stick with a basic cut or layers. I had been wanting to step out my comfort zone for a while and Shirley was amazing. I've had a balayage before but not how I had it this week. Shirley was lovely and suggested many things, from the colour tone that would suit my natural hair to suggesting products which would be good for my hair. This is something I really value as I have never had that before. I'm really loving the style and colour of my hair, thank you so much Shirley

she took her time mixing the correct colours and covering all roots
she also used best shampoo, conditioner and other conditioning oils on my hair

I always have Wasula a great stylist, under her care and training the others are superb too.
You enter to be greeted at reception as a friend, unique nowdays.

Lovely lady but wish I never let her do my hair as wanted blonde and was ginger went back and she done it even worse .had to go rush to correct it .such a shame as been going there for just over a year know and normally have the manger do my hair and she is amazing always does my hair perfect but has not been in for a while know i feel like I can’t go back there

Rugova is brilliant, had a fabulous bob hairstyle, the cut is lovely and had a deep conditioner, which my hair badly needed. Lovely experience would definitely recommend Rugova won't go anywhere else now.

She is very attentive to her client's wishes in terms of styling, cut and colouring and ensures that those wishes are met. Always perfect

I am not sure if I got the hairdresser name correctly but you can check it was 1 pm appointment
There was so much disturbances as the other hair dresser was making so many client mistakes and I was so uncomfortable as my hairdresser had to keep going over to stop the arguments from not one but two clients .
I was very shocked and really I could not say my experience was a good one today

Zahra provided excellent service; she was friendly, informative, and highly recommended.
