As an autistic person with anxiety who's never gone to a hairdresser before I was experiencing a lot of trepidation beforehand but Rugova was great, very patient and kind and helpful, and took my general ideas of what I wanted to give me a haircut I'm very happy with for a very good price. Will definitely be coming back!

Always the best

I had a balayage for the first time, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Rugova chose the perfect tones for my hair, and the result was a soft, natural-looking blend.

The service was amazing. Everyone was kind and helpful. I felt very welcome. The salon was clean and the atmosphere was peaceful. I love the result and will come back again. Thank you so much!

Well it was so nice to be welcomed with a smile, as I had not had my hair done for a long time,it was just what I needed,nice head scalp massage and a brilliant cut and blow dry,worth the trip to croydon,,sorry I can't remember the name of the stylest but thank you

My hair was a ginger colour achieved with a box die. I thought that my hair won’t go very light. However the hairstylist made sure to create a beautiful result leaving my hair unrecognisable 😊

This was my first visit to regis and am thrilled with my hair , Rugova is a very talented hair stylist , patient and passionate in her work and cares . My hair was messed up from previous bad haircut , had a consultation aswell, my hair was beautifully blowdried aswell . The staff are lovely,friendly and professional . I am returning next week for colour . Thank you rugova and ladies , also signed up for the regis rewards . Best hair salon been to in last few years . I highly recommend . Was also made a coffee .

This was my first time at regis croydon . I had rugova wash and cut my hair tidy up and the quick conditioning £7 treatment. My hair was messed up by previous salon . Rugova took her time and made suggestions ,listened and has done a great job the best I have had . Thank you so much the staff are lovely very helpful ,friendly ,professional they really care .I am coming back for colour half head colour . I was given a coffee aswell . I can see why this salon has good reviews definitely deserved . Recommend and won,t be going elsewhere.

Great blow dry.

I don't often get my hair done and treat myself and usually just stick with a basic cut or layers. I had been wanting to step out my comfort zone for a while and Shirley was amazing. I've had a balayage before but not how I had it this week. Shirley was lovely and suggested many things, from the colour tone that would suit my natural hair to suggesting products which would be good for my hair. This is something I really value as I have never had that before. I'm really loving the style and colour of my hair, thank you so much Shirley

she also used best shampoo, conditioner and other conditioning oils on my hair

You really don’t know what you are missing till you visit this salon. First class experience from entering at reception till leaving.
I always have Wasula a great stylist, under her care and training the others are superb too.
You enter to be greeted at reception as a friend, unique nowdays.
Do try you will not be disappointed, and you willl never look back.

Lovely lady but wish I never let her do my hair as wanted blonde and was ginger went back and she done it even worse .had to go rush to correct it .such a shame as been going there for just over a year know and normally have the manger do my hair and she is amazing always does my hair perfect but has not been in for a while know i feel like I can’t go back there

Rugova is brilliant, had a fabulous bob hairstyle, the cut is lovely and had a deep conditioner, which my hair badly needed. Lovely experience would definitely recommend Rugova won't go anywhere else now.

She is very attentive to her client's wishes in terms of styling, cut and colouring and ensures that those wishes are met. Always perfect

I am not sure if I got the hairdresser name correctly but you can check it was 1 pm appointment
There was so much disturbances as the other hair dresser was making so many client mistakes and I was so uncomfortable as my hairdresser had to keep going over to stop the arguments from not one but two clients .
I was very shocked and really I could not say my experience was a good one today

Zahra provided excellent service; she was friendly, informative, and highly recommended.
