Clare always does a great job on the cut and blow dry. So too normally does the person who does my colour, but maybe it was an off day because I ended up with a lot of dye on my forehead (which was only spread further by the person who washed my hair and proceeded to get water down my back), and the colour is a little more uneven than her usual high standards. I appreciate that when dealing with roots some dye and subsequent makeup removal are inevitable but not half my foreheads’ worth! It was just a less than enjoyable experience for the price point this time.
