Im not one to complain but I had heard of this salon a few times and decided to get my hair dyed there. It wasn't the most welcoming salon, I felt as though I was being looked at as if I was lost... everything else went well I was offered tea or coffee which was lovely, I'm happy with my hair but the amount of hair dye left on my forehead has caused a reaction as it didn't come off in the shower and started peeling, it now looks like I've got dandruff and it really uncomfortable. not to mention I looked a bit silly walking out the salon. Overall, I wasn't completely unhappy with the service but I don't think ill be going back as I feel that things as simple as this shouldn't be happening when you are paying for a service.
