It was a lovely experience despite being there for quite a while! Unhappy with the initial results of how the colour had taken to my hair, the lovely staff were more than happy to start again. I can't imagine having me in for so much longer was easy on their schedule but they took care of me anyway. Wonderful from start to finish. Friendly and skilled ♡
