I had a cheap haircut by a trainee Crystal or Christine (sorry I forgot your name) and she was lovely, welcoming, professional and and chatty but not overwhelming. Then a girl named Ebony checked few times and helped out. Very good service.
My only complaint is that when I arrived 7 minutes earlier, the sign said to wait outside which is fair due to covid, but the staff who had some sort of training inside, just all looked at me and went back to the training. No one even walked up to me to say anything.
I walked away and thought I'll have have look around shops to give them few minutes and went back and then a blond lady came out and asked politely to wait a few minutes because they're having a training. My first impression was ruined and I left annoyed to the shop Next door to have a browse so I don't have to stand at the door for 5 minutes. A Customer is very important and I felt ignored. Luckily the trainee and the attentiveness of the staff made up for it during my visit.
Also, you could get some plant milk for the tea or coffee in the future, many people are intolerant to dairy or are plant based and would love a nice hot drink at your lovely salon.
