I came into Browns after having a bad haircut in a different salon that I needed them to fix. Crystal was brilliant - she was really professional and explained what she was doing the whole way through. Despite the fact that I had come in needing an emergency cut, she still made it feel like a relaxing and enjoyable visit. My hair was pretty awful when I arrived and I didn’t have much hope for it but Crystal did a great job in fixing and styling it as well as giving tips on how to maintain it in the future.
