This was my first time at the salon. There was only two hair stylists in this day one was doing someone’s hair the other was taking payment from another customer. After waiting 5 mins at the desk I was asked do I have an appointment and asked my name. She then took me to a seat and left me there for 15mins while she went and finished another customers hair cut. I text my friend during this time as they had recommended her, to ask what my hairdresser looks like as I hadn’t been introduced to anyone. It turned out that the girl who showed me to my seat was my hairdresser.
Usually whenever I have been to a salon there would be an offer of a drink or magazine - this was not offered.
When washing my hair she said she was going to leave the conditioner on for a minute. In other salons they would give you a head massage while the conditioner was on, she walked off to deal with a person at reception.
The conversation during my hair cut made me feel uncomfortable and a little angry at what she was saying.
If you want a nice experience and feel pampered I would not recommend this salon or stylist
