I’ve tried TOPA for the first time today and I must say, all my friends are correct! Fabulous service, talented hairdressers and extremely professional. I had a beautiful colour by Tom, of of the owners and Charlotte for a glamorous new style. Loved the cuddles with the cute dog and I was even given a glass of bubbles! Love love love this salon.
