Went to this branch for the first time due to could not get appointment at H Wycombe.
***** cut my hair...she did the exact what I told her NOT to do.
Asked for a bob cut on the shoulders ...she cut it too short specifically said do not want long at front and shorter at back, she cut that style.honestly felt like crying but damage was already done ,now have to live with this haircut until it grows.
She sounds very confused and nervous while cutting my hair like it was her first time.
Will definitely not be going there again.
The service all in all was OK.
Definitely not value for money because I get not get the cut and style I wanted.
The shop at the entrance was very dirty,hair everywhere on the floor..
Atmosphere with ***** was nice because she was very chatty
