I didn’t have an appointment but popped in, in the hope that they could do something with my dreadful hair colour. I had it done whilst I was on holidays and it was much darker than I had ever been used to. The lady who greeted me, probably the team leader was warm and encouraging and assured me they could help if I returned in 10 minutes. Sure enough, on my return she immediately introduced me to Izzy who advised me and explained the possible solutions which might prevent further damage to my hair. She was extremely professional and chatted in a non intrusive way. She completed the hair colour very efficiently and was happy to impart her advice when asked. While my hair was ‘cooking’ another lovely staff member brought me a fabulous latte with a cookie. The young trainee who washed my hair was also lovely, ensuring I was comfy and that the water was at a suitable temperature. The team leader came back to me to ensure that I was ok and reassured me as to the length of time the process would take. Another lovely staff member dried my hair with little fuss and yet producing lovely results. The colour transformation was just as I had hoped for. I was absolutely thrilled with the end result, thanks Izzy! .
What a breath of fresh air this salon is! Each and every member of the team had just the right attitude and disposition. Unlike other salons I have visited, they never once made me feel guilty for the unhealthy state of my hair. They never judged me. I was delighted with the end result. They weren’t pushy in any way. From the top down, you can sense the warm atmosphere in the salon. I wish all of them, continued success because it has taken me a long time to find all the positive qualities that one would expect in one hair salon. Thank you all. I will be back !!
