Came in today with a strict budget and was surprised how their receptionist and stylist worked with me so I could get my colour and cut with in my budget

I went in just for a simple ghd curl for a night out and it was done perfectly staff were super friendly and efficient and I left with big smile on my face. thank ladies will definitely be back.

I’ve loved having my hair done at this salon so much! I’m so glad that I tried this place because it’s now my regular salon. I feel that I receive really good service every visit. The staff are really friendly and offer great advice in regards to treatment and styling. Every time I leave the store I feel really happy with my hair! I would definitely recommend this salon.

I arrived and told her what I wanted and reinforced that I had to be out by 11am. Another girl does my hair and wasn’t informed of what I wanted so u repeated all stressing I needed to be out by 11am. I told her from the start that I wanted large brushes used and left in my hair. She ignored me and used small brushes and didn’t leave in, in fact she removed them whilst my hair was still warm. I asked for volume and didn’t get that. By 10.55am she was only half way done and I reminded her I had to leave by 11am. I asked her why she didn’t use big brushes and leave in my hair as I had asked, she said “this is better”. By 11.15am I was literally taking off my cape as she blow dryer so I could get out. I have had my hair blown in the city by top stylists, double bay and more and NEVER charged $70!

The team at T&G Balmain really knew their stuff. They heard all my concerns and provided the most amazing result. I have never been happier with my hair.

Great hair cut and advise from Neave.

When I asked for a ‘tidy up’, I did not expect my hair to go from midway down my back to shoulder length. That is not a trim. Not only did I have to pay $400 for the service, but now I either have to live with hair that I hate for the next year until it grows back to a suitable length, or I will have to spend more money to get extensions. Very unhappy.

However, Samara, who did my foils did an amazing job, one of the best I’ve had. The staff were friendly (even bought me some lunch) and the salon was nice.

I was VERY unsure of Albert’s suggestion for my hair as it was quite different, but he did a fantastic job and I am so pleased with it.

An hour later than planned

I’ve been coming to Toni & Guy Balmain since moving to Australia but tonight the team convinced me to try something new and I’m so pleased with the result! Awesome work !

I have now found the perfect cutter in Niave ... she has made my hair my most important accessory

As usual I left the Balmain T&G salon with amazing hair. Beautiful colour due to foils by Louise and a great cut by Nieve. Both ladies are professionals of the highest standard. The salon is clean, bright and well presented. Everyone including the assistant hairdresser is friendly, chatty and polite and the service is complemented by offers of chilled water, good coffee and a range of herbal teas. The whole experience was much-needed and much appreciated.

I came back In Today to see sumaires ( excuse the spelling if incorrect ) to amend my root color as my hair did not take initially . Her care , attitude and professionalism were 5 star . I would highly recommend her to friends and family and think she is a valuable staff member . Kindest regards Julia

Lovely experience at T&G Balmain. The staff are really friendly and professional, would definitely recommend!

It took nearly 2 hours to bleach my hair, which is much longer than usual. I had my hair washed and was then left at the basin, without having my hair conditioned, while the staff member waged someone else’s hair. Why?
I got up and walked out. ((Paid first.)
