I booked this morning for eyebrow and lip wax both felt rushed and I had to ask for the lip wax even tho I booked it and it wasnt half waxed left hair on the mid lip I didn't even ask or say anything I was that put off .I travelled especially 40.mins for this appointment made the trip for the waxing as was full yesterday when I asked at counter tho it didn't seem too busy... Staff not very friendly absolutely no conversation was made with me. Even when I was checking in at the till the girl was sat on her phone for good few min before she checked me in,very bad experience this time sorry to say I'm not one to complain ever but this wasnt a nice experience.and had to reapply all my makeup after also

Nails weren’t dry leaving, so smudged by the time I got home, the girls could do with a UV lamp to dry nails instead of a fan!! I came back in and another lovely girl fixed for me. I don’t think I would come back again for nails.. but would definitely try another service ??

Really depends on who you get - Luanna is amazing, one of the best manicures I’ve ever had. Some of the other employees are less skilled/messier with shaping and polish, and quite heavy handed.

I had my eyebrow threading , my experience before was excellent to reasonably good. But for this time. It’ was quite frustrating and dissatisfied. My eyebrow shape was ruined and I was told that was my shape. I fact I had been doing it there the last few years and never anyone had commented this way. Another staff member kindly agreed to fix it, unfortunately damage was done way back. They have not charged me for this. However it’s not about that 8 euro. I had to walk with those eyebrows., as everyone is aware. It changes your face . I had planned events. I had somehow managed with eyebrow pencil.

Extremely disappointed, when I left the store I noticed my nails were very smudged, I went back in another girl went over them. In the meantime the girl that originally did them came over she never apologised just gave a little laugh what that was about I don't know. The girl that redid them just left me under nail drier never said how long I.be left there seen her heading g of with her jacket I had to ask another girl to check them. Very bad form, and I wasvery much delayed for another appointment. I usually get brows and lashes done there but never again will I.be going therefor any treatments.

I was in for a nail fix with Aisha, she had to do a full refill as the previous set ( by another tech) weren’t good.
She was very friendly, was very helpful and chatty throughout my time with her. The appt flew by and my nails are gorgeous, been getting nonstop compliments on them since.

Really disappointed with my biab refill with gel polish! My nails were not filed correctly leaving sharing edges, nails look lumpy not applying biab and gel polish evenly and preparation of nails was very rough

No comments or faults with my beautician - she was lovely. However the girl at the desk was so incredibly rude and ignorant - texting on her phone the entire time while I was trying to pay, she was visibly annoyed when I asked her if she knew what time the shop closed at, didn’t give me the opportunity to give my beautician a tip. She really brought down the entire experience.

Not only Nicole, also Jemalia she has done my brows and lashes, and she was just as great and really amazing at listening and giving me what I wanted out of my lashes and brows and is very personable too. Amazing service

I had my eyebrows tinted by Daiane. Extremely happy with the result. Daiane listened to exactly what I wanted. I've had my eyebrows done in other places, one in particular specialises in eyebrow treatments & Daiane is much better than any of them!! She's brilliant at what she does. Highly recommend going to her.
