Had my hair washed, blow dried and colour applied. As usual I was delighted with the outcome I. Highlyrecommend Llyods .

A very thorough wash, which I like, but Amy also asked me throughout if the pressure was okay for me which was great. An excellent blow dry, lot of attention to detail & a great finished product. Thanks Amy!

The staff at Thomas loyds have, over the years that I have been going there are always...number one friendly, secondly go out of their way to make you look amazing and they are all so talented. I had my hair done by Siobhan this evening.I came in and asked her to take quite a lot off of it. I've never been happier with my hair.The cut and styling is the best I have ever had. She really concentrated on getting it just right for me. And she was so kind and funny to chat to.
What she took in hair she gave me back in confidence and put a smile back on my face. She really is an asset to your business. And I will definitely be back again.

Stephanie is the only hairdresser I have had who does exactly what I ask for and more. The Receptionist is also very friendly. It's nice to go in there.

As usual a lovely place to sit relax and have a chat. Very professional hair dresser, I have forgotten the girls name, after all I’m over 70. So please forgive me.

My first time in Lloyd's today and Leana very quickly picked up the type of cut I wanted. She was very professional and capable, providing me with a beautiful cut and style. She asked lots of questions to ensure she was cutting and styling as I wanted. Leana commented on the natural colour of my hair.

I had a very pleasant experience. Great service and attention to detail. I was also given different options to wear my hair.

Had the most amazing 'hair Spa' experience with Roz yesterday evening. My hair needed a treatment, colour and cut. I am delighted with the result, hair is much softer and so shiny. I also changed my hairstyle and Roz did a fantastic job. I'm delighted, thank you so much.

I attended Lloyd’s today to have my colour done. Stefano showed me the sample chart and explained what color was best for my hair. Especially Having had the 12 week blow dry done last week, I actually questioned his choice of color and I was very impressed when he consulted with his colleague. Stefano is a wonderful hairstylist and his attention to detail is exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the salon, not to talk about the lovely cup of coffee.. It is nice to be greeted by Chiara’s welcoming smile when u step inside the door. I highly recommend Lloyd’s
