I felt that Stephano appeared to have had great interest in the job that he was doing. His concentration levels are highly admired and I was very pleased with the way that he cut my hair, because if my hair is not cut properly it tends to stick out, but he took on board very well as he was been advised from his mentor (Manageress) little bits of advice which I admire him very well for that. So I wish Stephano the very best of luck in his career as a first class hairdresser. Thank you Stephano

Amy did a great job blow drying my hair that I didn't need the hair straightener on it. She gave my hair a thorough wash and blow dry and it wasn't rushed. Amy was very pleasant.

I had a complete color change today, i was very nervous as i have been 12 years with the same color. From the moment i stepped inside the door both Ciara and Stephanie made me so comfortable and helped me feel at ease. Stephanie worked wonders on my hair and i am thrilled with the outcome. A salon full of lovely stylists. I really enjoyed my time in there today.

I went into Salon was greeted so down to earth I wasn't at a hairdresser in a few years felt very deflated that I didn't give myself a bit of a treat for a long long time as I was to busy with other needs for others ,so I booked 2 hours to myself was feeling a bit guilty why I don't know so how as ever in I go was brought through the colours again just to be sure stylist was fantastic so lovely and easy to talk to fell asleep through the washing progress lovely message colour all done I was so delighted and excited to see my natural colours back exactly to what it was as with pandemic I used a box colour ouch it turned out ok but it left a lot of brassieness in my hair I was so amazed all my greys and all are gone my hair is so soft and shiney I feel amazing now,and to my amazement the price wasn't anything to what I thought it would be so happy days I'm feeling 10 years younger I'll be giving myself another TLC in a few weeks as I'll only need a top up bought the shampoo conditioner and treatment mask,I think us women need a little time for us as we do deserve it and so lucky to have great stylists to do it for us and treat us like we're worth it ,thank you so much To the Loyds Team 10 out of 10 thank you for reminding me how to feel good again ????

Called in for an upstyle for a wedding! Stefano was absolutely brilliant! He was very perceptive! He chatted but could read that this was my therapy and worked away quietly- I was so appreciative!

Mark is always a pleasure, he did a lovely hot oil treatment on my hair and it looks great, shiny and fuller. The cut is perfect and I know it will be easily maintainable for me until our next appointment.

Lovely salon, all the staff are very nice and helpful…My stylist Lydia is so kind, professional and knows exactly what way I like my hair styled, always feel great coming out of the salon and get so many compliments!!?

Friendly staff and hair cut was lovely but just to experience for me

I have been a Lloyds customer for many years and I always enjoy my salon experience. Siobhán is my stylist and her skills are exceptional, both cutting and colouring and her attention to detail is second to none. I always have complete confidence that my hair will turn out just the way I want it. Chiara at reception is always smiling and welcoming and all staff have a good knowledge of products and offer excellent advice.
