I am so glad I have discovered queen. From the minute you walk in to be greeted by the lovely Jade on reception to the moment you leave you are given royalty treatment. So hard to find a good salon and I know I have struck gold

On entering salon, a nice friendly lady took my coat and directed me to sink. Fergus washed my hair, he asked me a few time if water was alright, He was most polite. Sandra did the blow dry, she made sure she knew what I wanted and did it perfectly. I was v v pleased.

I had a very pleasant experience for my first visit. I have very thick hair & wanted a straight blow dry. Roderio was excellent, from a luxurious wash to a beautiful straight blow dry who didn't rush me through. The girl on reception was equally as nice & I look forward to returning.

Every week I come to leticia and she’s so lovely so welcoming and so great at what she does.

Shannon was efficient and listened to how I wanted my blowdry. I was taken promptly which is essential. Reasonably priced and free parking at Jetland.
I wouldn't have wanted any advice on colour services. My first time in this salon and it would have been overkill. I was advised about free blowdry after 10 visits which is a nice touch.

I was delighted with my colour and cut today, Rogerio did an amazing job and was so lovely. The salon is lovely and quiet and I felt so comfortable and relaxed. It was my first time at queen, I’ve been going to another well established salon in the city for 10 hrs but I will be back to queen as a regular client going forward 😊

From the moment you walk in until you leave nothing but pampering and lovely coffee while being pampered .. I love that the staff uses each persons first name as you walk in … place is spotless too

My hair was lovely and Leticia. But my appointment was for 1.45, I was there prior- but I was not attended until 2.15- and did not leave until 4.50 , Too long and Too expensive
