This is only my second time going to a proper salon and I was impressed. The atmosphere in the salon felt inviting and productive. Everyone was busy and smiling like they liked working there. My hair was cared for in a proper manner and the stylists were incredibly nice. I will say that Melo Yelo has to be the best place to do perms. Louise really knows everything there is to know about perms and she was really helpful answering any questions I had about curly hair and how to take care of it. I also liked that there were trainees there. The girls really seemed to be learning from the professional stylists and they wash hair really well (it was really gentle and thorough)

I cannot recommend Justin enough. I came in looking for a completely different look and he absolutely nailed it. He listened to me and offered me great advice and made me feel so comfortable that I wasn’t stressed when I saw most of my hair on the floor . This is my second time having my hair styled by Beata. I was very pleased with my overall experience. My hair was very well washed and conditioned. Beata is such a lovely person and very professional. She does exactly as asked, she is a great stylist, very kind and caring. And pays great attention to detail. I went to Melo Yelo to resolve a colour issue I had done elsewhere. I realise it wasn't an easy task, however Leanne persevered and resolved the issue. The result is exactly what I wanted. The staff collaborate to achieve the best outcome for the client. I would highly recommend Leanne & Melo Yelo.
Rose had great attention to detail and knew what I wanted before I even did. Highly recommend her she done a super job.
