Amy was lovely. First time to Queen and felt she listened to what I wanted and gave her honest opinion but was willing to do whatever I wanted to do.

Needed a last minute appointment and was quickly given a patch test and an appointment for the next morning. I was headed to the aiport so Shona offered to come in at 9 to make sure it would be done in time! She was so kind for getting me sorted and my full head of highlights and cut was great. Lovely salon also and great price, would definitely recommend
