I had a lovely experience today was nervous as it was my first time to visit the Salon. Had no need to be nervous as I was looked after very well by Daisy who did my colour and by Sarah my stylist who talked me through what colour I wanted she also did my cut and blow dry. Sarah guided me through what cut she planned to do with my input and was very happy with the outcome a lovely colour and cut.

I honestly cannot recommend this salon highly enough. If I could give more than five stars, I would give them a hundred!
I found myself in a very difficult situation when I suddenly needed a full head of highlights for my father-in-law's funeral the following day. I rang on the off chance, fully expecting there to be no availability, as everyone knows how difficult it is to get a last-minute appointment for highlights.
Not only did the team fit me in, but they went completely above and beyond. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was "squeezed in." They took their time, paid incredible attention to detail, and treated me with such kindness and compassion during what was a very emotional time.
The talent and professionalism of the stylists are truly outstanding. They listened to exactly what I wanted, and the finished result exceeded every expectation. My hair has never looked or felt better, and I walked out feeling so much more confident.
The customer service is second to none. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, creating such a lovely atmosphere from the moment I walked through the door.
Thank you all so much for your kindness, your professionalism, and for making me feel so looked after when I needed it most. I will definitely be returning and recommending your salon to everyone I know. I have truly found the salon that I will be staying with for the rest of my life.

As usual a wonderful experience in the salon. It feels like going for a spa treatment. Sarah manages to bring my hair colour from flat to vibrant, with depth and tone. I always feel that she talks me through her vision and explains the process.
