While I appreciate I was going from red to blonde. My hair is a dark brown with highlights and also I got home and the sides have random blocks of dark brown that look horrific tied up. Very disappointing when you hear the price next to that messy result at the sides.

Angela is fantastic, really relaxing experience. Will be back again.

Every cut I get with Sabrina is the best. First of all, she’s so sweet and remembers our last chat even from 6 months earlier. She is always thorough and talks through the ideas I bring to her before committing to a cut. Even in the last 5 minutes of an appointment she’ll style and fluff and cut bits and pieces until it’s exactly what I came in for. She always makes sure the cut will work with my natural hair and compliment my features. Always a great experience!

Im rarely happy when my hair is done and usually end up re blowdrying as soon as im home and cutting it myself(ex hairdresser) . Absolutely delighted with my hair and will definitely make it my business to come to Newbridge next time I need a cut. Thank you mona

Tape-in extensions & colour with Sandra; she nails it every single time. Really listens, perfect colour match & knows I love the hair curled! She never lets me down. I always have a positive experience in Pelo - really professional, warm & friendly. Aisling on reception is also super!

I booked my consultation in person. At no point when I booked was I told there would be a €25 consultation fee. I was also expecting the consultation to be free because the salon's website states that consultations are free, and I had a consultation there last year without being charged.

At the end of the consultation, I was told about the €25 fee, but then offered the option of buying a product instead. I found this confusing and unprofessional, as it felt like I was being encouraged to purchase something rather than being told upfront about any consultation charge.

If the consultation policy has changed, customers should be informed when they book and the website should be updated to reflect the correct information. Transparency about pricing is essential, and unfortunately this experience left me disappointed.

Attentive, caring and professional as always

recently had highlights done at the salon and I’m absolutely delighted with the results. The colour turned out beautifully, exactly what I wanted, and my hair looks healthy, shiny, and natural. The stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The service was friendly and professional, and the attention to detail was excellent. I’ve had highlights before, but this was by far my favourite result. Highly recommend!

Fantastic advice and service

It was my first time today in the salon due to my hairdresser Maricia moved there only recently. The salon is lovely, bright and spacious. It would be lovely if you'd offer your customers some coffee or tea when being in the salon. Otherwise I had no issues.

I had such a positive experience in the salon today, Lisa coloured my hair and did a fabulous job, and molly blow dried my hair, both woman were so professional and I really relaxed and felt I was in good hands.

My appointment today was excellent. Sandra really helped me and advised me. I was able to walk out with a plan and products to start on straight away.

Really enjoy visiting your salon. I only recently have grown my hair back from having severe Alopecia and I was nervous going back to get my colour done. I didn't need to be Sabrina and all the team made me feel so comfortable. I am so happy with my hair. Cannot recommend enough! Worth the 2 hour round trip to get to the salon ❤️

Had a lovely experience today, it was my first time in pelo, and I was so happy with everything, had a lovely hair wash with one of the girls and a fantastic blow dry from Chloe, great atmosphere and service from check in , would highly recommend this beautiful salon, will definitely be coming back again

She makes such a difference by helping people who experience hair loss. Ashling is also wonderful on reception. Pelo hairdressing is a fantastic salon with great staff.
