My daughter had a facial today to help with her acne, and as a Mam, I cannot put into words how lovely the whole experience was. Acne can be such a difficult thing for a young girl, especially when it affects their confidence, so I was a little nervous about how she would feel about having a treatment done.
From the moment we walked into Biofresh, everyone was absolutely amazing. They were so warm, kind, professional and, most importantly, incredibly reassuring with my daughter. They made her feel completely comfortable and never once made her feel self-conscious or embarrassed about her skin.
They took the time to explain everything to her, treated her with such care and made the whole experience feel really positive. Watching her walk out afterwards so happy, glowing and feeling good about herself genuinely meant so much to me. 🥹❤️
You can tell that the team at Biofresh genuinely care about the person sitting in front of them, not just the treatment they're providing. That level of kindness and compassion is something you don't forget.
