I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent hair color service. Since getting my hair colored a month ago, I have washed it only four times. Unfortunately, during every single wash, a significant amount of color rinsed out.
I was never informed that a semi-permanent dye was being used, nor was I warned that this level of fading would occur. I waited three weeks to see if the bleeding would stop, but the color has now mostly stripped off. I would appreciate it if we could discuss a solution or a touch-up to resolve this.

Sarah always does my colour well, gets to know your hair and what suits you. Catherine is excellent too. I had a great hairwash/massage by Ava. Lovely welcome by Oisin as always. Love coming in for my appointments, fab salon 💕

Went to salon with old highlights that had turned brassy, some patchy color from box dye at home and then dark natural roots- artist understood what I wanted and how to fix it all, ended up with great result :)

This was my first visit to the salon with Sarah, I will absolutely be back. She was amazing and listened to every word I said. I really enjoyed my visit which is ununusal for me. The cut was perfect and rejuvenated my lifeless hair after far too long a wait for a cut. My fiancée even said it was the best my hair had looked in years. I didn't even want to go outside that evening to ruin it in the rain! I will be back soon! Thanks so much Sarah!

A fantastic experience at this salon from start to finish. Mark did my babylights and I couldn’t be happier with the result—they are fab-so natural and beautifully blended. His attention to detail and professionalism really stands out.

Also a special mention to Oisin at front of house, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He made sure everything ran smoothly and that I felt comfortable and very looked after throughout my visit.

Overall, a truly professional and enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Solange was very attentive and considerate of my needs when it came to the cut I was looking for. She was very kind and made sure that every thing was to my liking before I left the salon.

I first came to Sarah after a botched dye job and my confidence was so low. She saved my hair that day and I’ve been coming to her ever since. My blonde is always stunning and the hair health journey I’ve been on since starting with Sarah a few years ago has been incredible. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking to improve their hair quality and maintain a gorgeous blonde!!

The end result looks good and kind of what I wanted. There were some communication issues due to language barriers and therefore difficult to explain exactly what's wanted. The colouring process wasn't really explained with the steps and a bit confusing and at the end there was only given an option between two colours.
At the initial consultation appointment the stylist that day understood completely what I wanted, but unfortunately wasn't the same as the one on the day.
The seat where I was sent to was messy and cluttered and there were hair all around from the previous client.
Without even talking to me the stylist very roughly brushed my hair. As I have sensitive curly hair and scalp this was not ok.
The washing of the hair was so rough, that I had tears in my eyes and then the brushing afterwards was painful again.
The main almost 3 h I was there I was not feeling comfortable. The cut was almost none existing afterwards and for the price that is charged, this is not a good price value. For these prices I expect premium treatment and more like a spa experience than going to the dentist. Experiences like this are the main reason I really go to the hairdressers as it's also very noisy and I am neurodiverse, so very effected by noises. The stylist was more obsessed with shooting photos of my hair and end result than making sure I am happy and feeling ok. As it's stand very unlikely I am coming back. However, the end result does look good, but getting there was not worth the effort.

This is my go-to place now. The hairdressers here actually listen and help out with the look you want.
