I was looking to refresh my cut/colour. Martina was really helpful, talking me through some options.

Cannot say enough about the girls, Chloe and Lauren always have a great attitude there is never a second of silence when I'm with them, so welcoming always full of chats and laughs which is exactly what you want and my nails and brows speak for themselves 💅👁️🤨

Juliano is amazing. He did exactly what I asked for and made sure I was happy before leaving. Delighted with my hair. I will definitely be back again. Thanks so much.

So when I arrived I was greeted my lauren, such a lovely friendly girl, lauren asked me what I was looking for and explained everything to me and gave me great advice, lauren made me feel so comfortable and was so friendly while doing the treatment , I even booked in for my next appointment already, lovely girl highly recommend, I love my new brows and lashes xx

I’ve been getting my brows done by Lauren for over a year now and it’s always the highlight of my day. Not only do my brows always leave looking perfect but my brow artist Lauren makes the entire experience for me! She is always friendly and in great humour yet very professional and listens to exactly what you want. Her expertise is in comparable.

I had such a fantastic experience at Romina Daniel Palmerstown! From the moment I walked through the door, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and instantly relaxing. The salon is beautiful and
​the whole team was ridiculously friendly, ​Karen who was looking after me took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave great advice, and both her & Kerri executed it perfectly. My hair looks and feels amazing, I cant stop looking at it! If you’re looking for a fresh new spot with talented people and a great atmosphere, I couldn't recommend them enough. I’ve definitely found my new go-to hairdresser!

Friendly, professional as always

Today was the first time I met Ashling. I was very happy with my consultation and was very happy with my colour and blowdry.

Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with my appointment last week. While the therapist was very pleasant, friendly, and professional, the standard of treatment I've always received from Romina Daniel just wasn't there on this occasion.
I've had my brows done previously by another therapist at the salon and they were fantastic, but this time I wasn't as happy with the result. The shape isn't as well defined, they are noticeably thinner, and the tint has already faded significantly.
I also had my nails done, but they weren't buffed properly, so the surface is uneven and the bumps are visible through the polish. There are also gaps around the edges of the varnish, which isn't the finish I've come to expect.
I believe the therapist may have been relatively new, and I completely understand that everyone needs the opportunity to gain experience. However, I don't feel it's reasonable to pay the same price for a treatment carried out by a less experienced therapist when the quality doesn't match the standard I've consistently received from your more experienced team.
