Done my hair today with Ericson, absolutely trilled with the results! Beautiful colour, exactly what I have wanted, very nice hair cut. Would recommend to anyone

Lovely experience. It was my first time visiting the salon and the staff were really friendly. The extra bonus was the massage chair at the wash basins.

From the moment I walked into the door, the service at reception was outstanding. Such a lovely touch with the massage couches whilst having a my hair washed. Everything from start to finish was amazing. Niamh did an amazing job with my hair!

I am a new customer to Zeba in the last year and always had such a lovely experience with really lovely people looking after me. However yesterday I attended for a curly blow dry and I am so upset with the way I was treated. I have a thick head of hair so a curly blow dry can be difficult. ***** was the person who did my hair and the way she brushed and pulled my hair was so bad. She didn’t speak or ask me what I wanted. She pulled my hair so much when doing it. She kept flicking my hair into my eyes. Towards the end I had to put my hand up to ask her to stop as she could not hear me. I have had many curly blow drys and my hair was so fizzy after this one. I am pregnant and having terrible nausea and morning sickness and wanted to treat myself to something nice to make myself feel better. I never give reviews but I am so upset with how I was treated yesterday. I know we can all have bad days and different things going on in our lives. Being professional and kind is essential in every job. I have an upcoming appointment for my highlights in a week or so and would really think about going elsewhere only that the girl who did my hair last time was so lovely and kind Niamh was her name. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but would definitely think twice now about returning to Zeba Arnotts. I do not want this presented on the site.

Decided on a waved / curl blow-dry style and Niamh was excellent. Result was very nice and complimented by friends and colleagues. Thanks Niamh.

As this was my first time to visit the salon I was unsure of what to expect ....however on seeing my stylist Niamh waiting to greet me on arrival I felt completely at ease .. Niamh took me for a full consultation before being shampooed + conditioned at the basin on the most relaxing chairs EVER! It felt like a full body massage while having my hair washed... Niamh listened & did exactly what I asked for.. I could not recommended Niamh highly enough, this girl goes above + beyond to look after you her client.... The salon is beautiful clean + all products used on my hair were super fabulous, I can still smell + feel the results of them in my hair hours later ... I'll never go anywhere else .... Thank you ...

Julie is amazing. She listens exactly to what I want and has ideas of what’s best for me. I highly recommend Zeba. The atmosphere is great, the staff all appear to enjoy working there and I always feel great after I get my hair done there.

Cut and colour...gave good advice on colour. Salon was spotless.

I brought my two girls in for a wash, cut and blow dry, Right from the time we stepped in to the salon the staff were brilliant and made the girls feel so special. From making them feel like princesses getting their hair washed to the beautiful blow dry, they were so patient ( even better than any kids cut places). Will definitely make it a regular thing for the girls. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. 5*

I've never been so happy with my blonde hair since Jenny started looking after my highlights. It's perfect every time. Super friendly and very professional. I couldn't recommend her more!

Mark even popped a toner in for me in time of crisis and I’ve never been happier with my hair! Could not recommend enough.

I went into the salon after 7 months away. My hair was yellow after attempting to lighten my own hair during covid and it was in a terrible state. Julie brought my hair back to life. The colour looks amazing and I love cut! My hair looks healthy strong and shiny again!

Zeba Salon at Arnotts is excellent. The staff are so pleasant from reception to all the stylists. David my stylist is superb. A visit to the salon is so uplifting especially in the current stressful time we find ourselves.
