Brilliant, time I relaxed had time to chill and relax. The staff cannot do enought for me I'm on oxygen, and Emma makes me feel so comfortable, tells me to relax no rush. Got the best haircut I’ve ever had by Lisa. I have VERY thick hair and it’s very hard to manage and she was happy to help! She was precise with how much hair I asked her to cut.
Recommended me hair treatments and products for my hair type which was a great help. Extremely happy! Definitely going back!

My hair was in dire need of TLC (box colouring had not been kind). Lisa did an amazing job on both the colour and cut. The colour was so natural and my hair was so soft and shiny. The cut Gabe a lovely shape and my hair had volume for the first time in an age. I felt like a new person! Lisa was a delight and so helpful with all of my questions.

Sinéad was my stylist but her name isn’t on the list. She was so lovely. Great customer service skills. Very easy to chat to, very professional but yet friendly. I’m going back to get my colour done with her on Saturday as she listened, asked me questions and knows what she is talking about. Took a strand test and rang me as soon as it was done and said we were good to go ahead with what we discussed. I’m looking forward to going back to her on Saturday and excited about the final result.

All staff were so lovely and executed my needs to perfection! Would defo recommend:)

I got my colour done by Jessica yesterday and it is gorgeous ! She listened exactly to what I wanted and the colour is even better than expected. Jessica is such a lovely girl and nothing is too much trouble ! All the girls are so nice from the moment you walk in until you leave it makes you want to go back again and again!

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by alex today under the supervision of lisa. The results where fantastic. Just go to there page today to see the difference. They took a before and after picture. Exceptional team at house of colour citywest..never does it fail me. Love the little breakfast bar in the morning, cant beat a croissant and cup of coffee when you get an early app. See you again soon house of colour.

Emma is a very diligent and brilliant stylist. She did a great job on my hair. She is 1 of the best. Also the young lady who washed my hair was so nice and asked if I wanted Tea,coffee,or water as I always get water,she is a little diamond. Thanks so much girls.
